Marketing Committee

DESCRIPTION
The guardians of our NAWIC Facebook page, website, LinkedIn, and more. Your role will involve keeping our
social media platforms current with events, articles, and promoting our group to the public.
TIME DEDICATION
Monthly meeting second Wednesday of every month from 11-12 pm via Teams.
Typical commitment of 1-2 hours per month.

Membership Committee

DESCRIPTION
This committee serves as the recruitment and retention team for NAWIC, acting as a welcoming committee for
new members and working on efforts to retain existing ones.
TIME DEDICATION
Monthly meeting first Tuesday of every month from 1-1:30 pm via Teams.
Typical commitment of 1-2 hours per month.

Scholarship Committee

DESCRIPTION
This committee is responsible for disseminating scholarship information to schools,
gathering applications, and selecting the recipients.
TIME DEDICATION
December – March
The time commitment for the Scholarship Committee spans from after the annual holiday auction in
December through the spring, focusing on collecting and distributing donations.

Holiday Party Committee

This committee is responsible for coordinating our annual holiday party where we raise funds for our scholarship fund by hosting a silent auction.
